Current state
Phase 1 currently provides static public pages only. User accounts, submission forms, payments, and marketing analytics are not active in the application.

When data-collecting services are enabled, Bird-Zone will define their purpose, scope, retention period, and authorized access before processing begins, while collecting only the minimum data required.

The current foundation release does not add marketing cookies or analytics tracking. Future tools will follow privacy settings and consent requirements where applicable.

Future services will provide appropriate paths to access, correct, export, and request deletion of personal data, while respecting security, legal obligations, and audit-log integrity.
